FOREIGN INTERNSHIP

The Internship Program at the Indonesian Embassy (KBRI) and Indonesian Consulate General (KJRI) offers a valuable opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic diplomatic environment. This program aims to introduce students to various aspects of diplomacy, international relations, and the essential roles of Indonesia’s overseas representatives. Through this program, students not only have the chance to develop their professional skills but also deepen their understanding of Indonesia’s diplomatic responsibilities in maintaining positive relations with other countries and promoting Indonesian culture and values.

By participating in KBRI or KJRI, students engage in a range of activities, from managing diplomatic administration and assisting with cultural events to supporting consular services. This program also provides students the opportunity to interact directly with diplomatic staff and Indonesian citizens abroad, enriching their insight into the real-world challenges and responsibilities within diplomacy.

To make the most of this opportunity, students wishing to join this internship program must meet the requirements established by their university and KBRI/KJRI. These requirements are designed to ensure students’ readiness, commitment, and professionalism throughout the internship, while also upholding the quality of the program and the reputation of both the educational institution and KBRI/KJRI.
